  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 14 oz cans artichoke hearts (halved in water)
  • cooking spray (for air fryer)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 clove garlic (large, grated)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Prepare the garlic aioli: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, smoked paprika, salt, grated garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  2. Prepare the artichokes: Drain and dry artichoke hearts thoroughly. In a bowl, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Air fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray the basket with cooking spray. Arrange artichoke hearts in a single layer and cook for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve: Remove carefully from air fryer and serve warm with garlic aioli.
