  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed vanilla wafers, sugar, and melted butter for the crust; press into the pan's bottom.
  3. Beat together softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add mashed bananas, eggs, sour cream, and flour; mix until creamy.
  4. Pour filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Combine remaining crushed vanilla wafers with chopped pecans and melted butter for the topping; sprinkle over the filling.
