  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 100 grams of blue cheese, crumbled
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams of walnuts, chopped
  • 68 sprigs of fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F) or 200C (390F) for electric non-fan forced ovens.
  2. Drizzle honey over each puff pastry sheet for sweetness.
  3. Evenly distribute chopped walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, grated Parmesan, and thyme leaves on the pastry. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll each sheet tightly, cut in half lengthwise, then twist into spiral shapes.
  5. Brush with milk and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
