  • 1 (16 oz) bag Mini Pretzels
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 bag Heath Toffee Bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C).
  2. In a large bowl, pour in mini pretzels.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Boil while stirring for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and baking soda.
  5. Pour the hot toffee mixture over pretzels, tossing to coat evenly. Mix in half of the toffee bits.
  6. Spread the coated pretzels on a baking sheet in an even layer.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  8. After baking, sprinkle remaining toffee bits over warm pretzels.
  9. Allow to cool completely before breaking into clusters.
