  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into small strips

  • 1 large onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded spinach
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken strips with Cajun seasoning and salt, then cook until browned.
  2. Add diced onion, minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and tomato paste; sauté for five minutes.
