  • 1 box graham crackers (about 1214 full crackers)
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Set aside to thicken.
  2. In another bowl, beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold this into the pudding mixture.
  3. In a rectangular dish, layer graham crackers, half of the cream filling, and half of the apple pie filling. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers, remaining cream filling, and topped off with more apple filling.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with ground cinnamon if desired.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to let flavors meld.
