  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 30 candied cherry halves

Instructions

  2. Cream softened butter with powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth.

  4. Shape into 1-inch balls, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil over low heat until smooth.
  6. Coat each chilled ball in melted chocolate using forks or toothpicks and place on parchment paper. Top each with a candied cherry half.
  7. Refrigerate until set.
