  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. In a sauté pan, melt butter with heavy cream over medium-low heat; add garlic and seasonings to create the Alfredo sauce.
  4. Mix ricotta, egg, and 1 cup mozzarella in a bowl; fold in chicken and some Alfredo sauce.
  5. Spread filling on each noodle, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
