  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • reserved flour (for gravy)
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • ½ cup chicken broth

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix all-purpose flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Dip each beef chop into buttermilk, then dredge in the seasoned flour mixture until well coated.
