  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheddar. Mix until everything is well blended.
  3. Lay out your chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly coat them with olive oil or cooking spray.
  4. Using a spoon, generously spread the cream cheese mixture over each chicken tender.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of each tender.
  6. Bake in your preheated oven for 20–25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Once baked, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions if you like. Serve hot.
