  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • Spray cooking oil
  • Optional: 2-3 tablespoons nuts, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare muffin tins by spraying them with cooking oil.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut each sheet into 12 squares. Place squares into the muffin tin.
  3. Chill the brie for 15 minutes, then cut it into 24 equal pieces.
  4. Place one piece of brie in each puff pastry cup and top with about one teaspoon of cranberry sauce. Add nuts if desired.
  5. Bake for 11-13 minutes until golden brown and melty. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
