  • 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • Freshly chopped parsley (for garnish)
