  • 68 croissants (cut into halves or thirds)
  • 1012 slices deli chicken or turkey
  • 34 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 810 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut croissants into thirds; soak them in a mixture of eggs, cream/milk, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  3. Layer soaked croissants in a baking dish, adding slices of chicken/turkey and cheese between layers.
