  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 250 ml vegetable or chicken broth
  • 300 g brie (rind removed)
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut turkey into thin strips and mince garlic; dice onion.
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, cook turkey until golden brown, then remove from pan.
  3. Sauté garlic and onion in the same pan until translucent.
  4. Pour in broth and add brie; let melt before stirring in heavy cream, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer sauce for 5-10 minutes until thickened; add gnocchi to soak up flavors.
  6. Stir in cooked turkey and garnish with parsley before serving.
