- 30 taco shells
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 medium sweet onion (chopped)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pound Tillamook Mexican 4-Cheese
- 1 16 oz. pkg. shredded lettuce
- 6 chopped Roma tomatoes
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup corn salsa
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 can sliced olives
- 1 sliced red onion
- Cilantro for garnish
- Favorite chips
- Habanero pepper (garnish)
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until tender.
- Add ground turkey and taco seasoning; cook until browned.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Fill taco shells with meat mixture and top with cheese. Bake for about 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Assemble the dinner board: arrange tacos, bowls of salsa, guacamole, olives, and toppings around a base of lettuce and tomatoes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
