4 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the crust mixture.
