  • 5 vegetable gyozas
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • ½1 bulb pak choi, sliced into chunks
  • 20 g ginger, finely grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ courgette, spiralised
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli oil
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan over low heat, add chilli oil and sauté half the spring onion until fragrant.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about one minute.
  3. Add remaining ingredients: gyozas, pak choi, courgette, vegetable stock, and soy sauce. Stir well.
  4. Cover and simmer for approximately seven minutes until gyozas are cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with extra spring onion and chili flakes as garnish.
