  • 1½ cups seedless grapes
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts or slivered almonds
  • 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks (drained)
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes (toasted)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, celery, water chestnuts, grapes, toasted coconut flakes (reserve some for garnish), pineapple chunks, and nuts.
