  • 800 g Chicken Breast (cut into halves)
  • 1.5 tbsp Cajun Seasoning Mix
  • 2 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Uncooked long-grain rice (or 4 cups cooked/day-old rice)
  • 1 Medium Red Onion (chopped)
  • 45 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
  • 1/2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning Mix
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
  • 25 g Grass Fed Butter for Cooking
  • 15 g Grass Fed Butter
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 150 g Light Cream Cheese
  • 40 g Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken overnight with Cajun seasoning and olive oil for maximum flavor.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken until golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken and sauté chopped red onion and garlic in the same pan until fragrant.
  4. Stir in day-old rice and Cajun seasoning, allowing it to absorb flavors.
  5. For the sauce, add more butter, then whisk in milk and cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Serve the rice topped with sliced chicken and drizzle with creamy sauce; garnish with fresh parsley.
