  • 8 oz turkey strips
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 large peaches, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Sauté turkey strips in olive oil for about three minutes; remove and set aside.
  3. Sear seasoned chicken in the same pan until golden brown on both sides (1-2 minutes each).
  4. Sauté shallots and garlic in the pan until translucent and fragrant.
  5. Deglaze with chicken broth; simmer for three minutes.
  6. Stir in butter and honey until melted; return seared chicken to the pan with fresh thyme.
  7. Cover pan and bake for 15 minutes, then add peach slices on top.
  8. Broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until peaches soften.
