  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 200 g butter or baking spread
  • 150 g golden syrup
  • 100 g malted milk or digestive biscuits (broken)
  • 75 g mini vegan marshmallows
  • 200 g Maltesers

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8" square tin by lining it with baking paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, golden syrup, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate until smooth. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, vegan marshmallows, and Maltesers.
  4. Pour two-thirds of the melted chocolate over the biscuit mix; stir gently to coat.
  5. Transfer mixture to the lined tin and smooth down evenly. Pour over remaining chocolate and tap to remove air bubbles.
  6. Decorate with extra Maltesers on top.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours or overnight until set.
  8. Slice into squares and store in an airtight container.
