16 ounces full-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup full-fat sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Emmentaler or Gruyere cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped dried cranberries
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped chives
2 teaspoons honey
1/3 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
1/3 cup dried cranberries (finely chopped)
1/4 cup pecans (finely chopped)
1/2 cup crumbled baked chicken
3 tablespoons finely chopped chives
1/3 cup everything bagel seasoning (or black and white sesame seeds)
30 small pretzel sticks
Instructions
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheeses, and lemon juice until smooth.
Divide the mixture into three bowls. Stir in ingredients for each flavor: cranberries and pecans in one; ranch seasoning and chives in another; honey and feta in the last.
Chill mixtures for 2-3 hours.
Roll into balls and coat with toppings like chopped nuts or everything bagel seasoning.
Insert a pretzel stick into each ball before serving.
