  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup finely crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 5 standard Hershey bars or dairy-free chocolate
  • 1 & 1/2 cups vegan marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until blended.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, salt, and baking soda. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Press half of the dough into an lined 8×8 inch baking pan; freeze while preparing the next layer.
  5. Layer chocolate bars over the first layer, followed by vegan marshmallow fluff. Top with remaining dough.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
