  • ½ cup pure honey
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (plus 2 tbsp for cheese sauce)
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, then stir in honey until smooth.
  3. Place chicken in a baking dish, pour half of the glaze over it, and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, cook elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente; drain well.
