Ingredients
  

Chicken Bites
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup buttermilk for marinating
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Marinate Chicken
  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with buttermilk. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat Chicken
  1. Remove chicken from the refrigerator and let excess buttermilk drip off.
  2. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, shaking off excess flour.
  3. Dip the coated chicken back into the buttermilk, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken bites and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve
  1. Remove the chicken bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
