Prepare Zucchini
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create curly strands.
- Pat the spiralized zucchini dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Coat Zucchini
- In a large bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the spiralized zucchini to the bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until the zucchini is evenly coated with the breadcrumb mixture.
Air Fry Zucchini Fries
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the coated zucchini fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
Serve
- Remove the zucchini fries from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
