Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces and sweet chili sauce. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
  2. Let the chicken marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
  1. In another bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Air Fry the Chicken
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Air Fry the Brussels Sprouts
  1. After the chicken is done, remove it and set aside. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Serve
  1. Once both the chicken and Brussels sprouts are cooked, serve them together on a plate.
  2. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes
