Method
Prepare the Dough

- Add flour, salt, and melted butter to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Make the Filling
- In a separate bowl, mix diced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Set aside.
Assemble the Rolls
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the apple filling evenly over the dough. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Cut the log into 8 equal pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let the rolls rise for another 20 minutes.
