Cook the Chicken

- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.

- In serving bowls, layer cooked rice, followed by the cooked chicken, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, and chopped green onions.
- Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce generously over the top.
