  • 1/4 cup keto-friendly granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups keto-friendly powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • 1 spray cooking spray for greasing the pan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease the donut pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, mix almond flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  6. Fill the donut pan 2/3 full with batter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
  9. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder, water, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  10. Dip cooled donuts in glaze and let set.
