Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds plus more for garnish
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • 1 lb raw sashimi-grade tuna cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 jalapeño finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped seaweed such as wakame or hijiki (optional)
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup mango chopped

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and sesame oil.
  2. Add tuna, green onions, chopped onion, jalapeño, and seaweed; toss gently.
  3. Season with salt to taste.

  5. Garnish with sesame seeds.
