Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
Butter Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley chopped for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
  2. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant, stirring frequently.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
