Method
Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
- Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter and milk, then mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the Green Beans
- Steam the green beans for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Toss with olive oil and season with salt.
Cook the Cajun Shrimp and Salmon
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and butter, cooking until thickened. Return shrimp and salmon to the skillet to coat in the sauce.
Serve
- Plate the mashed potatoes, top with Cajun shrimp and salmon, drizzle with garlic cream sauce, and serve with green beans on the side.

For a spicier dish, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning. Fresh herbs can be added for extra flavor.
