Ingredients
  

Pasta and Meat
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni or any pasta of choice
  • 1 lb ground beef can substitute with turkey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste
Sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
Toppings
  • 1 cup pickles sliced
  • 1 cup tomato diced
  • 1 cup lettuce chopped

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Brown the Beef
  1. In the same pot, add the ground beef and cook over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Drain excess fat.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir in the beef broth, cream cheese, ketchup, and mustard. Bring to a simmer.
Add Pasta and Cheese
  1. Stir in the cooked pasta and shredded cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
Serve
  1. Serve hot, topped with pickles, diced tomatoes, and chopped lettuce.
