Cinnamon Apple Cranberry Mixture
  • 1 cup fresh apple juice preferably from tart apples
  • 1 cup cranberry juice unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for flavor
  • 1 cup sparkling wine such as Prosecco or Champagne
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional, to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Juice Mixture
  1. In a mixing pitcher, combine the fresh apple juice, cranberry juice, ground cinnamon, and sugar if using. Stir well to combine.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
Assemble the Mimosas
  1. Fill each champagne flute halfway with the juice mixture.
  2. Top off each glass with sparkling wine.
  3. Gently stir to combine and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
