Prepare the Chicken Wings
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Make the Cowboy Butter Sauce
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Coat the Wings
- Pour the cowboy butter sauce over the chicken wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
Bake the Wings
- Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
Serve
- Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with extra cowboy butter sauce on the side for dipping.
