Cook the Sausage
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced turkey sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Pierogi
- In the same skillet, add the frozen pierogi and cook according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
Combine Ingredients
- Return the cooked sausage to the skillet with the pierogi. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir gently to combine and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add Peas and Serve
- Stir in the frozen peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
