Prepare the Chicken
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

- Pour in the white wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze, and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and dried thyme, and let it simmer for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Combine and Serve
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve warm with your choice of side dishes.
