Method
Prepare the Cauliflower
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Air Fry the Cauliflower
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
Serve
- Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and serve immediately as a side dish or snack.
