Ingredients
  

Cauliflower
  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for coating
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Cauliflower
  1. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Air Fry the Cauliflower
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and serve immediately as a side dish or snack.
