Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Breading Mixture
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Wet Mixture
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
Make the Breading
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
