Prepare the Ground Turkey
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Assemble the Tacos
- Place corn tortillas on a baking sheet. Fill each tortilla with the turkey mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Fold the tortillas in half and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
Make the Avocado Sauce
- In a food processor, combine avocados, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Serve
- Remove the tacos from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve with avocado sauce on the side.
