Prepare the Taco Filling

- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado. Stir in lime juice, minced garlic, and salt.
- Add water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
Assemble and Serve
- Remove tacos from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and avocado sauce.
- Serve with sour cream if desired.
