Bread the Chicken
- Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
- Coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Fry the Chicken
- In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the breaded chicken cutlets in batches, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
