  • 2 cups cooked brown rice

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup peas
  • ¼ cup mint
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ¼ cup water

Method
 

  1. Prepare the rice and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
  3. In a large bowl, combine rice, peas, cucumber, green onions, avocado, mint, and cilantro.

  5. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
