Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheet
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the Breading Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Prepare the Artichokes
- In another bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs and water. Dip each artichoke heart into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Bake the Artichokes
- Place the coated artichoke hearts on the prepared baking sheet. Spray lightly with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
