Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast
  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 can Cream Soup, condensed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Method
 

  1. Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and place in the crockpot.
  2. Place broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, whisk cream soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli to coat.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
  6. Stir in cheddar cheese 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Use two forks to shred chicken in the crockpot and mix with sauce.
