- Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and place in the crockpot.
- Place broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, whisk cream soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Stir in cheddar cheese 30 minutes before serving.
- Use two forks to shred chicken in the crockpot and mix with sauce.
