  • 4 strips beef bacon crispy
  • 1/2 unit red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook beef bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towel.

  4. Whisk olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Pour over salad.
