  • 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1/2 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
