Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface if using store-bought dough. For homemade, roll to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into triangles with a base of about 4 inches wide.
- On each triangle, place a slice of beef ham and a slice of cheese. If using mustard, spread a thin layer on top of the ham.
- Start from the wide end of the triangle and roll towards the point, tucking the edges as you roll to keep the filling secure.
- Place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
