  • 1 cup almond milk, coconut milk, or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup, agave, or honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen fruits (raspberries, strawberries, etc.)
  • 1 tsp additional honey or maple syrup for topping

Method
